Familiarity with P1/P2 incident management and monitoring/ticketing.

Responsibilities

Handle L2 network incidents and troubleshoot connectivity, routing and switching issues.
Manage P1/P2 incidents end-to-end and perform RCA.
Coordinate with L1/L3 teams and monitor alerts.
Maintain documentation and support 24/7 NOC operations.
