Job summary

Tenarai in Pune, India seeks an experienced network operations engineer to act as offshore technical lead and escalation point in the NOC. You will support P1 incidents with deep troubleshooting alongside onsite L4s and own monitoring tool health across NNM, ThousandEyes and NetScout.

You will review change plans, lead capacity planning and technical reporting, review RCAs, and mentor L3 engineers. Strong skills in routing, WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls, DNS/DHCP/IPAM are required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in network operations or engineering.
• Experience as offshore technical lead or escalation point.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot major P1 incidents and coordinate with onsite teams.

Required skills:

• Expert routing, switching, WAN/SD-WAN, firewalls and DNS/DHCP/IPAM.
• Hands-on with NNM, ThousandEyes, NetScout, Infoblox, Palo Alto Firewalls and SASE.
• ServiceNow incident, problem and change.
• Scripting (Python) is a plus.

Preferred certifications:

CCNP/CCIE, PCNSE, ITIL v4 Foundation.
