Responsibilities

• Manage payroll, invoicing, billing, and reconciliation activities accurately and within timelines.
• Process and validate invoices, identify discrepancies, and coordinate for timely resolution.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational, financial, compliance, and management reports.
• Handle client, supplier, and internal stakeholder queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Support new supplier onboarding, supplier kickoff calls, and monthly supplier engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate billing and financial records.
• Support MI reconciliation and other operational activities to ensure MSP process compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Relevant Experience :

Must Have Skills :
