MSP Associate (NAM)

Join NES Fircroft as an MSP Associate (NAM) and play a critical role in supporting clients and suppliers across North American business hours. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of payroll, invoicing, billing, reporting, reconciliation, and supplier management activities while maintaining exceptional service standards. Working closely with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you will help drive operational excellence, accuracy, and compliance across MSP operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Payroll Management: Manage bi-weekly payroll activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of contractor payments.
• Invoicing & Billing Administration: Process, validate, and reconcile invoices while maintaining accurate billing records and resolving discrepancies efficiently.
• Financial Data Management: Prepare, maintain, and distribute accurate billing, payroll, and financial information to clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular and ad-hoc operational, financial, compliance, and management reports to support business decision-making.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a primary point of contact for client and supplier queries, providing timely support and effective issue resolution.
• Supplier Onboarding: Lead supplier onboarding activities, conduct supplier kickoff calls, and ensure suppliers are successfully integrated into MSP processes.
• Supplier Engagement: Facilitate regular supplier engagement sessions to strengthen relationships, improve collaboration, and drive performance.
• Invoice Processing & Reconciliation: Support miscellaneous invoice processing and management information reconciliation activities to ensure financial accuracy.
• Process Improvement Support: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service delivery, and process compliance.
• Compliance Adherence: Ensure all activities are performed in accordance with established MSP processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCom), Business Administration (BBA), Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Advanced Qualification: MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualifications will be considered an advantage.
• Industry Experience: Minimum three years of experience in MSP operations, finance, billing, invoicing, staffing, payroll support, or contingent workforce management.
• Microsoft Office Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships while managing multiple stakeholder requirements.
• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts aligned with North American business hours.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing financial, payroll, and reporting activities.
• Customer Service Focus: A proactive, service-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering an exceptional stakeholder experience.
• VMS/MSP Systems Knowledge: Experience using VMS/MSP platforms and invoicing systems is highly desirable.
• Process Knowledge: Understanding of payroll, billing, reconciliation, reporting, and supplier management processes.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
