Job summary

Randstad is seeking a GBS NAM MSP Specialist to manage day-to-day contingent workforce operations for assigned clients, acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, hiring managers, suppliers, and internal teams. You will handle high-volume requisitions, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, while guiding clients through new processes to drive adoption and ensure SLA delivery.

Experience with Beeline or similar VMS, and a proven ability to manage relationships across global stakeholders

Role:

GBS NAM MSP SpecialistsThe Client-Facing MSP Specialist manages day-to-day contingent workforce operations for assigned clients and serves as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, hiring managers, suppliers, and internal teams. The role covers high-volume workforce activity, including blue-collar/industrial populations, with a strong focus on client service, VMS operations, issue resolution, and SLA delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communication, shared inboxes, requests, and escalations.
• Support the contingent worker lifecycle from requisition through onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.
• Ability to spearhead a first-generation program by expertly guiding clients through new processes, acting as a consultative partner to drive adoption and clearly communicate the "why" behind strategic changes.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume requisitions within an industrial environment, coupled with strong direct supplier engagement and relationship management.
• Manage high-volume activity across blue-collar/industrial workforce programs.
• Work closely with hiring managers, Talent Advisors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet workforce requirements.
• Process and monitor activities in VMS platforms such as Beeline or similar systems.
• Track SLA, requisition, fulfillment, and operational performance and provide client updates.
• Resolve issues proactively and ensure timely closure of escalations.
• Participate in client calls, operational reviews, MBRs/QBRs, and support process improvements.
• Mailbox management, liaising with suppliers who are in communication with the hiring managersHandling and assisting suppliers, and candidates, and guiding hiring managers as the MSP in the US and Canada. Helping hiring managers on the front-end process.

Work Experience:

• 3 - 7 years of experience in MSP, VMS, contingent workforce management, staffing, recruitment operations, or vendor management.
• Prior client-facing MSP experience strongly preferred.
• Expertise with Beeline.
• Experience supporting high-volume contingent workforce programs, preferably including blue-collar/industrial.
• Experience working directly with clients, hiring managers, suppliers, and Talent Acquisition teams.
• Experience managing SLAs, escalations, reporting, and operational deliverables.
• Experience working with global stakeholders is a plus.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of MSP/VMS operations and the contingent workforce lifecycle.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong inbox management, organization, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy.
• Good analytical and reporting skills, including Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle escalations professionally and drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to work as a team or with minimal supervision
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and across different time zones.
