Job Title: MSP Associate

Note: Only Male Candidates

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration (BBA), Management, Finance, or a related field. MBA will be an added advantage.

Relevant Experience: 2-3 years of experience in MSP Operations. Candidates must have relevant experience specifically in MSP Operations.

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good stakeholder management and customer-service skills
• Good knowledge of payroll, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, reporting and supplier management processes
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to work in shifts aligned with North American business hours

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll, invoicing, billing and reconciliation activities accurately and within timelines
• Process and validate invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate billing and financial records
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational, finance, compliance and management reports
• Handle client and supplier queries and ensure timely issue resolution
• Manage stakeholder communication and maintain good supplier relationships
• Support new supplier onboarding and supplier kickoff activities
• Conduct and support supplier engagement activities
• Handle miscellaneous invoice processing and MI reconciliation activities
• Support cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and compliance with MSP processes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with VMS/MSP platforms and invoicing systems
• Knowledge of payroll, billing, reconciliation, reporting and supplier management processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities

Location: Bangalore

CTC: 3.5- 4.8 LPA

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 15 days

Mode of Interview: 1st Round Virtual, 2nd Round Face-to-Face

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
