Job summary

Hexaware Technologies seeks an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM transformations from Discovery through Hypercare. You will manage governance, budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams to deliver value.

The ideal candidate will drive executive communication, risk mitigation, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions, including Copilot and Agentic AI, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery across complex CRM programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT delivery and project management experience with Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, reporting, and dashboards.
• Proven success delivering CRM programs through the complete project lifecycle.
• Excellent customer-facing, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programs from Discovery, Blueprinting, Design, Build, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and Hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery, governance, planning, budgeting, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage customer workshops, executive reviews, and steering committee meetings.
• Drive project execution across functional, technical, QA, and business teams.
• Own project reporting, risk management, issue resolution, change requests, and delivery metrics.
• Champion adoption of Power Platform, Copilot, Automation, and Agentic AI solutions.
