Job summary

Kaar Infotech in Coimbatore seeks an experienced Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications built on Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, and modern app architecture. You will drive project execution, governance, and stakeholder alignment.

You will mentor project managers and tech leads, manage budgets and timelines, and foster operational excellence while ensuring customer satisfaction across global engagements.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Delivery Management.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise application projects.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET, ASP.NET, C#, Web API, Entity Framework, Azure Cloud Services, and modern application architecture.
• Ability to work closely with technical teams, review solution approaches, and drive technical delivery excellence.
• Strong experience in project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple projects and programs.
• Take complete ownership of project delivery lifecycle, from planning, execution, stakeholder management, governance, and go-live support.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define delivery strategies and execution plans.
• Monitor project health, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource utilization.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Lead project planning, estimation, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
• Manage and mentor Project Managers, Technical Leads, and development teams.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer centricity.
• Track project KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution discussions, estimation reviews, and customer presentations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in cloud migration and application modernization projects.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or Azure certifications.
