Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Program Manager for Pan India operations. The role requires leadership in planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement across global regions to drive successful delivery.

You will oversee multi-account profit and loss, build delivery capabilities, and collaborate with CXO-level stakeholders to align objectives with business goals while focusing on CSAT/PSAT metrics and continuous improvement.

• Strong experience in managing large, multi-region programs with complex stakeholder networks.
• Proven ability to establish governance frameworks and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project planning activities ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across multiple levels to ensure project success.
• Establish and enforce robust project governance frameworks to maintain quality and compliance.
• Drive account management strategies to maximize business growth and client satisfaction Identify and leverage opportunities for account mining to expand service offerings and revenue.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery Monitor project progress risks and issues implementing corrective actions proactively.
• Maintain UpToDate knowledge of industry trends and market conditions impacting client businesses.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency within project teams
• Develop and implement strategic plans for project and program delivery with zero escalation.
• Manage multiple accounts with profit and loss responsibility across global regions including US Europe UK and APAC.
• Build strong project and program management capabilities within teams to enhance delivery excellence.
• Engage with CXOlevel internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals.
• Drive customer satisfaction CSAT and project satisfaction PSAT metrics through effective delivery management.
• Lead financial and operational effectiveness initiatives including revenue and cost management.
• Collaborate with talent acquisition to plan and deploy the right skill sets for project execution.
• Support sales and marketing teams by creating proactive and reactive client propositions and participating in presales activities.
• Maintain high standards of integrity confidentiality and communication within a matrix organization.
