Job summary

ITC Worldwide in Maharashtra, India, seeks a Jira IT Project Manager to lead a modern Data Hub and Dynamics 365 transformation, including CRM & ERP implementations integrated with Azure and DevOps.

The role covers data ingestion, MDM, reporting with Power BI, and ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, across Sales, Finance, and SCM, while guiding Agile and Waterfall delivery and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in IT Project Management delivering enterprise technology and cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP implementation projects.
• Strong experience with Jira and Azure DevOps (CI/CD, backlog management, release pipelines).
• Experience delivering projects in Cloud (Azure), DevOps, and enterprise business applications (CRM/ERP).
• Solid understanding of data platform architectures, MDM, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, Dataverse).
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with clients and executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP implementations integrated with a modern Azure-based data platform.
• Manage multiple technology projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies via Jira and Azure DevOps.

As a Jira IT Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of a modern Data Hub and Dynamics 365 transformation initiative, including CRM & ERP implementations integrated with Azure-based infrastructure and DevOps practices.

This role will drive projects spanning data ingestion, standardization, validation, master data management (MDM), and advanced reporting, while ensuring seamless integration with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) and ERP platforms (Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Central).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of Dynamics 365 CRM & ERP implementations integrated with a modern Azure-based data platform
• Manage multiple technology projects using Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies, leveraging Jira and Azure DevOps
• Drive execution of data hub capabilities including:
  • Data ingestion and transformation
  • Data standardization and validation
  • Master Data Management (MDM)
  • Enterprise reporting and analytics (Power BI)
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to align Dynamics 365 solutions with enterprise data architecture
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable CRM & ERP solutions using Dataverse and Azure services
• Ensure successful integration between:
  • Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, SCM)
  • Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
  • Third‑party systems
• Take full accountability for project delivery (scope, timeline, budget, and quality)
• Maintain project governance artifacts including:
  • Project plans & schedules
  • Risk & issue management

  • Resource and vendor coordination
• Drive continuous improvement, Agile maturity, and DevOps adoption across project teams
• Lead project communications with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in IT Project Management, delivering enterprise technology and cloud‑based solutions
• Proven experience managing Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP implementation projects
• Strong experience with:
  • Jira (Agile project management)
  • Azure DevOps (CI/CD, backlog management, release pipelines)
• Experience delivering projects in one or more areas:
  • Cloud (Azure)
  • DevOps
  • Enterprise business applications (CRM/ERP)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Data platform architectures and MDM
  • Integration patterns (APIs, middleware, Dataverse)
  • Change management practices
• Demonstrated ability to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Master experience or certification (CSM / PSM)
• PMP certification (required or strongly preferred)

• Exposure to ITSM frameworks and tools (Jira Service Management, ITIL)
