Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced D365 CRM Project Manager in Bengaluru to drive complex Dynamics 365 CRM/CE implementations end-to-end. The role requires deep expertise in D365 modules, Power Platform, and a strong solution-architect mindset to deliver robust customer outcomes.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery while aligning with Azure integration and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with 7+ years in Dynamics 365 CRM/CE.
• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
• 3+ years as a Solution Architect.

Responsibilities

• Lead D365 CRM projects end-to-end from discovery to delivery.
• Architect scalable solutions across D365 modules (Sales, Service, Field Service).
• Coordinate with stakeholders and drive delivery milestones.
