Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CRM development, configuration and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS with customization work in CRM.
• Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, configuration, and implementation of D365 CRM solutions.
• Architect end-to-end D365 solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Develop CRM components: entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, integrations.
• Build custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Web API.
• Design scalable integrations using Azure and Power Platform capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team.
• Engage with stakeholders to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
• Participate in Sprint planning, estimations, and delivery governance.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Lead / Senior Consultant to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-grade D365 and Power Platform solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with solution ownership, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement to drive business outcomes across complex CRM environments.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
• Architect and deliver end-to-end solutions across D365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Develop and customize CRM components such as entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
• Build custom solutions using C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365 SDK, and Web API.
• Design and implement scalable integrations using Azure and Power Platform capabilities.
• Oversee system architecture, performance tuning, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members, fostering collaboration and high-quality delivery.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into clear and actionable discussions.
• Participate in project planning, sprint ceremonies, estimations, and delivery governance using Agile methodologies.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform advancements, recommending continuous improvements.
• Responsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.
• Accountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM configuration, customization, and solution delivery.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with hands-on experience in plugins and workflows.
• Solid knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, security, and business processes.
• Experience designing scalable, maintainable system architectures.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to quality and performance.
• Effective communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative, Agile teams.
• Developed and customized AI Copilots and agents using Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 CRM, integrating workflows, Dataverse, and APIs to support intelligent automation and conversational experiences.

What we look for

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications are preferred.
