Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a Relationship Manager to engage prospects, build trusted client relationships, and drive revenue from a Bengaluru base.

The role requires excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, 0–3 years of experience, and proficiency in MS-Office. Office-based, 6 days a week with login flexibility within working hours.

Immediate joiners and undergraduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree (any field).
• 0–3 years experience; freshers welcome.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Fluent in English; Hindi or another South Indian language.
• Proficient in MS-Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards.
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue.

Position Type : Fulltime

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience: (0-3)yrs , freshers are welcome, Experienced only in relevant background
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability,Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & 1 South Regional Language (Kan, Tel, Tam)
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
