Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited invites applications for a Relationship Manager to join our team in the Bangalore area. The role is full-time and based at the office, with day shifts and six-day work weeks.

Fluency in English and Hindi (plus a South Indian language preference) is preferred; strong MS-Office skills are expected. You will identify business opportunities, build relationships with prospects, and drive sales through outbound calls and follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education (BBA, B.Tech, BA, MBA, etc.).
• 0–3 years experience; freshers welcome; relevant background considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication required.
• Strong interpersonal, numerical and analytical abilities; good decision making.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommends solutions.
• Outbound calling on data from lead generation and secondary sources.
• Daily follow-ups on older leads; work on new leads.
• Maintains quality service by enforcing organisation standards.
• Be energetic, well-spoken and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue.

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience: (0-3)yrs , freshers are welcome, Experienced only in relevant background is considered.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability,Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi or English,Hindi & 1 South Regional Language (Kan, Tel, Tam)
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login from 10AM - 07 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays
