Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Relationship Manager to identify opportunities and build client relationships. You will engage prospects, conduct outbound calls, and drive revenue while maintaining service quality.

The role is full-time, work from office, with day shifts and six days a week schedule. English and Hindi or English, Hindi plus a South Indian language are preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication is required.
• Freshers with 0-3 years of relevant experience are welcome.
• MS-Office proficiency is essential.

Qualification / Education and other Requirements:

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience: (0-3)yrs , freshers are welcome, Experienced only in relevant background
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability,Decision making skills.
• Language required: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & 1 South Regional Language (Kan, Tel, Tam)
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word).
• Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM).
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekdays

Roles and Responsibility :

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects recommending solutions
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation
