Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Relationship Manager to identify and convert business prospects, build client relationships, and drive revenue through outbound and follow-up activities.

The role requires 0–3 years of experience, undergraduate education, strong communication, and MS Office skills; candidates must be flexible for day shifts, 6 days a week, with weekday offs, and work from the office.

Qualifications

• Education- Any Undergraduate (BBA,B.Tech, B,A, MBA) etc.
• Experience: 0-3 yrs, freshers welcome, experienced in relevant background.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Good interpersonal, numerical and analytical ability, decision making skills.
• Language: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & 1 South Regional Language.
• MS-Office proficiency (Excel, Word).
• Willing for day shift (9-hour login window 8 AM–10 PM) and 6-day work week.

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals
