Job summary

Nobroker Technology Solutions Private Limited in Bangalore is seeking a Relationship Manager to identify business opportunities, establish and nurture client relationships, and drive product adoption.

The role involves outbound calling, daily follow-ups on leads, and achieving revenue targets while maintaining service quality; day shifts, 6 days a week, with weekdays off. Fluent in English and Hindi (or English + another regional language) preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Any undergraduate degree (BBA, B.Tech, BA, MBA) etc.
• Experience: 0–3 years; freshers welcome; relevant background preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Good interpersonal, numerical and analytical ability; decision making
• Languages: English & Hindi or English, Hindi & a South regional language
• Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word)
• Flexible for day shift with 9-hour login window between 8 AM–10 PM
• Comfortable with working 6 days a week and weekday off on weekdays

Responsibilities

• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
• Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities / secondary data sources
• Daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
• Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales deals and generate revenue for the organisation
