Job summary

Tyro Ventures in Jaipur, India, seeks a results-driven Modern Trade sales specialist to manage National & Regional key accounts and drive growth across the region. You will lead new product listings, ensure active portfolios, and present regular reviews to senior management.

Ideal candidates have 5–8 years in Modern Trade or KAM, with a proven record in sales growth, JBP execution, and category expansion across national and regional accounts.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Modern Trade / Key Account Management.
• Experience managing National & Regional chain accounts.
• Proven track record in sales growth, JBP execution, and category expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage National & Regional Modern Trade key accounts and drive business development.
• Drive new product listings (NPD) and category expansion across the region.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Ensure planned portfolio availability across key accounts.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly business reviews.
• Manage MT distributors/stockists and maintain 1520 days of inventory.
• Drive order collection, amendments, and account appointments as per plan.
• Manage in-store promoters and merchandisers to achieve sales and execution targets.
• Follow PJP/beat plans and coordinate with third-party teams for effective market execution and reporting.
