Job summary

Zettamine Labs in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Mobile Device Management / Infrastructure Implementation Engineer to deploy and support enterprise devices across IT/OT ecosystems.

You will manage MDM/UEM platforms, configure devices, enforce security policies, and collaborate with IT, OT, and security teams to ensure reliable device operations across multiple sites.

This role requires 6–9 years’ hands-on experience and strong scripting skills for automation.

Qualifications

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Mobile Device Management, Endpoint Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or related areas.
• Strong hands-on experience with MDM/UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, Ivanti, SOTI, MobileIron, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Android Enterprise and Windows / Windows IoT environments.
• Experience with device enrollment, configuration profiles, policies, compliance, application deployment, remote management, and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing enterprise mobile devices such as tablets, handheld scanners, rugged devices, printers, and industrial devices.

Responsibilities

• Support, implement, test, and deploy infrastructure and mobile device management solutions.
• Manage enterprise and industrial devices including Android tablets/mobile devices, scanners, printers, IPCs, and other peripherals.
• Configure and maintain devices across development and production environments.
• Manage device policies, application deployment, remote control, compliance, enrollment, configuration, and security policies through MDM/UEM platforms.
• Support device rollout, refresh, upgrade, migration, and modernization activities across multiple sites.
• Troubleshoot device, OS, application, connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure, OT, Production, Cybersecurity, Architecture, Cloud, Logistics IT, and external vendors.
• Support industrial WLAN/Wi-Fi, VLAN, roaming, authentication, and RF-related activities.
• Ensure devices and infrastructure comply with technical, security, performance, and operational requirements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, change records, SOPs, work instructions, operational handover documents, and training materials.
• Follow Change Management and Release Management processes for deployments and infrastructure changes.
• Support infrastructure automation and basic scripting / Infrastructure as Code / version control activities.
• Perform basic infrastructure and device performance testing, analyze results, and report issues.
• Coordinate with specialized support teams for smooth post-deployment handover.

• Good understanding of WLAN/Wi-Fi, VLAN, roaming, authentication, TCP/IP, and RF fundamentals.
• Exposure to IT/OT or industrial/factory environments is preferred.
• Understanding of endpoint/infrastructure security and compliance.
• Knowledge of PowerShell, scripting, automation, Git/version control, or Infrastructure as Code is an advantage.
• Experience with change management, release management, deployment, rollout, and operational handover.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
