Job summary

Pyramid IT Consulting is seeking an MDM Engineer to manage and support enterprise mobile and endpoint environments, with hands-on NinjaOne MDM experience. The role operates in a hybrid setup across Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, and Bangalore.

You will handle device enrollment, policy configuration, compliance baselines, application deployment, and lifecycle management, while coordinating with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and supporting on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with NinjaOne MDM (MDM/Endpoint).
• MDM/Endpoint Management experience.
• Experience managing iOS, Android, and Windows devices.
• Device enrollment and provisioning expertise.
• Policy configuration and compliance management.
• Application deployment and patching.
• Windows Autopilot, ABM, or Android Enterprise knowledge.
• Azure AD / Entra ID familiarity.
• IT operations, NOC or managed services background.
• ServiceNow or other ITSM tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage iOS, Android, and Windows devices using NinjaOne MDM.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, connectivity, policy, compliance, and application issues.
• Configure device profiles, security policies, and compliance baselines.
• Manage application deployment, updates, patching, and device lifecycle activities.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, remote lock, wipe, and device retirement.
• Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Work within SLA-driven support environments and participate in shifts/on-call support.
