Shift: Rotational Shift (Includes Morning, Afternoon and Night Shift)

Experience Level:

• 3 - 5 years of overall experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in managing and supporting devices such as Windows, Mac, and Mobiles via Intune and JAMF MDM's.
• Hands-on experience in configuring deployment profiles in Intune and JAMF.
• Hands-on experience in device migration from on-premises to cloud.
• Good knowledge on endpoint privilege management.
• Good knowledge of device security controls and operating systems. PC, Mac, and mobile device security configuration experience.
• Good communication skills, computer savvy in Outlook and Excel, enterprise working experience, and Agile methodology.
• Hands-on experience in application packaging and deployment.
• Provide excellent customer service as this position will be working directly with users to resolve device enrollment/configuration-related issues.
• High sense of urgency and effective communication skills to work with all levels of employees, management, and vendors to make independent decisions based on processes and procedures.
• Hands-on experience in handling tickets.
