Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Bengaluru is seeking a skilled Mobile Device Management specialist to administer Intune for Android and iOS devices, enforce security standards, and manage app lifecycles for corporate and BYOD environments.

The role involves configuring policies, troubleshooting enrolment, handling developer portals, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure secure access, device compliance, and smooth deployment of enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Overall, 5-8 years of experience in mobile device management with Microsoft Intune.
• Strong knowledge of Android Enterprise and iOS device management lifecycle management.
• Enrolment, policy assignment, troubleshooting.
• Experience in mobile security best practices, compliance policies & threat protection.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation for Intune administration and certifications is a plus.
• Communication and end-user support skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve certificate-based authentication and VPN configurations for secure mobile access.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Administer, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune MDM for Android & iOS devices.
• Enforce compliance policies and security standards for corporate and BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) environments.
• Manage Google & Apple developer portals for public and internal applications, including app creation, deployments, publishing, version updates, and unpublishing the apps (Application lifecycle management).
• Manage Google Play Console, Apple developer portal and Microsoft Intune application deployment lifecycle end to end to support Internal and external stakeholders.
• Deploy and manage mobile applications using Intune App Protection Policies (MAM).
• Troubleshoot and resolve Intune enrolment (ABM/VPP, JMAF), Conditional access, compliance, and deployment issues.
• Implement and maintain mobile security policies including conditional access, encryption, and remote wipe capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues related to certificate-based authentication (CBA) and VPN configurations for secure mobile access.

Support & Troubleshooting:

• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for mobile device management issues. One on One connects with end users to troubleshoot their issues related to applications deployed.
• Work with end-users and IT support teams to resolve mobile devices, apps and connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution and updates.
