Job summary

Satvam Nutrifoods in Ahmedabad is seeking a Sales Operations Executive to manage sales orders, coordinate order to dispatch, handle sales data and monitor stock in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will prepare MIS reports, maintain documentation, and handle returns and claims while coordinating with distributors. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/sales software is preferred, good communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of FMCG sales processes, distributor management and order-to-dispatch cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including filters, sorting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and basic reporting.
• Working knowledge of ERP/Sales software is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
