Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mid-Level US Recruiter / Sourcer for Bengaluru (Hybrid) on a contract basis. The role supports hiring across the US, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, and broader European markets with a shift aligned to EST (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST).

The candidate will independently source candidates, use advanced Boolean searches, map talent, and engage candidates while understanding US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099). Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in US recruitment and sourcing.
• Independently source candidates without relying on vendors or staffing agencies.
• Expertise in Boolean search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate engagement.
• Good understanding of US tax terms and employment classifications (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.).
• Experience supporting hiring across global markets, including Europe and LATAM.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to build and maintain pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles.

We're looking for an experienced US Recruiter/Sourcer 1-2 years of experience to support hiring across the US, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the UK, and broader European markets.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in US recruitment and sourcing
