Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ads campaigns for international markets.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Meta Ads Associate who has hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns for international markets. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, performance-oriented, and passionate about generating high-quality leads while maximizing campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns targeting international markets.
• Execute lead generation campaigns across multiple geographies while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize targeting, bidding, creatives, placements, and budgets.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures to improve conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and conversion rates to drive continuous improvement.
• Create audience segments using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copy.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, GA4, and other analytics tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Stay updated with Meta platform updates, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Experience executing lead generation campaigns for one or more international markets is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience with audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of performance marketing metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4), UTM tracking, and campaign attribution.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in EdTech, SaaS, or high-growth consumer internet companies.
• Experience running campaigns across regions such as the US, UK, Canada, Australia, MENA, or Southeast Asia.
• Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or other reporting platforms is an added advantage.
