Job summary

GoIntegra facility management is hiring for a Full-time MEP/FMS role in Tamil Nadu. The incumbent will supervise day-to-day MEP operations across residential apartments, ensuring electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, STP/WTP and fire safety systems run safely and efficiently.

They will coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, lead a team of technicians and address resident requests promptly while maintaining detailed service records and reporting to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BE/BTech in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in MEP / Facility Management / Residential Apartments.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and residential building services.
• Good communication and resident-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and service activities.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Handle emergencies such as power failure, water leakage and equipment breakdown.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

Preferred Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical / Mechanical

Experience: 2–5 years in MEP / Facility Management / Residential Apartments .
