Job summary

Sodexo in Magarpatta, Pune is seeking an experienced Supervisor Technical to oversee day-to-day technical and engineering operations at our facility.

The candidate should hold a Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering, bring extensive FM/engineering experience, and be capable of supervising technical teams while ensuring safe, reliable operation of electrical, HVAC, DG, plumbing, fire & safety and other MEP systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical engineering required.
• 36 years of relevant FM/engineering operations experience.
• Experience supervising technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and MEP systems.
• Ability to supervise site operations and coordinate with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technical and engineering operations at the site.
• Monitor maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, DG, Plumbing, Fire & Safety and other MEP systems.
• Lead and supervise technicians and staff.
• Allocate tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance is completed on time.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance activities.
• Attend breakdowns and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Ensure safety procedures and site SOPs are followed.
• Support energy conservation and cost-control at the site.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor Technical to oversee day-to-day technical and engineering operations at our facility in Magarpatta, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day technical and engineering operations at the site.
• Monitor and ensure smooth operation and maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, DG, Plumbing, Fire & Safety and other MEP systems.
• Lead and supervise technicians and technical staff.
• Allocate daily tasks and monitor manpower productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Ensure preventive and breakdown maintenance activities are completed on time.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain proper maintenance records.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for technical maintenance activities.
• Attend breakdowns and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, statutory requirements and site SOPs.
• Maintain checklists, logbooks, reports and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with the Facility/Engineering Manager for operational requirements.
• Support energy conservation and cost-control initiatives at the site.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering trade.
• 36 years of relevant experience in Facility Management / Engineering Operations / MEP Maintenance.
• Experience in supervising technical teams and managing site operations.
• Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, HVAC and other MEP services.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and team-handling skills.
• Candidates with experience in commercial buildings, corporate facilities, malls, hospitals, hotels or industrial facilities will be preferred.
