Job summary

GoIntegra facility management in India is seeking a hands-on MEP supervisor for residential apartment maintenance. The role requires supervising day-to-day MEP operations, monitoring electrical, HVAC, plumbing, DG, STP/WTP, and fire-safety systems, and ensuring safe, efficient operation.

You will conduct regular inspections, coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, and manage a team of technicians, electricians and plumbers while handling resident requests promptly.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems used in residential buildings.
• Experience with preventative and corrective maintenance practices.
• Ability to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendors.
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements.
• Good communication and resident-handling skills.

• Supervise day-to-day MEP operations across the residential apartment.
  
• Monitor and maintain Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, DG, STP, WTP and Fire & Safety systems .
  
• Conduct regular inspections and ensure all equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
  
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
  
• Supervise technicians, electricians, plumbers and other maintenance staff.
  
• Attend and resolve resident complaints and maintenance requests within the required timeline.
  
• Coordinate with vendors, AMC contractors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  
• Maintain records of equipment, breakdowns, preventive maintenance and service activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards and statutory requirements .
  
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Handle emergency situations such as power failure, water leakage, equipment breakdown and fire-related issues .
  
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and update the Facility Manager.

Preferred Qualification
