Job summary

Vestian Global Workplace Services is seeking a Project Manager (Civil & Interiors) to lead real estate interior fit-out projects across Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

You will manage civil and MEP works from planning to execution, ensure compliance with codes, coordinate with contractors, architects and clients, and monitor milestones and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP/ Civil (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects from planning to execution.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee civil works, including site visits and coordination with contractors.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
