Job summary

Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager - Design to join our Projects team at key hospitality destinations across India. You will coordinate with design consultants, review drawings and manage design deliverables to support project execution.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, stakeholder management and ensure MEP planning, testing, commissioning, and integration align with project requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality projects is preferred.
• Coordinate with design consultants and manage design deliverables.

• Lead MEP project execution, stakeholder coordination, quality management and timely delivery.
• Drive civil and interior fit-out works, contractor management, quality control and project completion.
• Support MEP installation and execution, coordinate with consultants/vendors and ensure adherence to project specifications.
