Job summary

Conqr Facility Management in India is seeking a seasoned project manager to plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion. You will lead and coordinate Civil, MEP, Architectural, PMC teams, consultants, contractors, and vendors, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.

Regular site inspections and reviews of drawings, BOQs, and specifications will be performed, with ongoing reporting to management on risks, delays, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Lead and coordinate Civil, MEP, Architectural, PMC, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, materials, and overall progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered within approved time, cost, quality, and safety parameters.
• Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor MEP works including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV, and related services.
• Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Coordinate with management, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
• Prepare and review project progress reports and provide regular updates to management.
