Job summary

H R Creations is seeking an experienced Sr. Manager MEP to lead and manage MEP activities across construction and real estate projects in India.

You will oversee project planning, technical management, contractor coordination, quality, safety, cost control, testing, commissioning and documentation. The role requires 10–15+ years in MEP with a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years in leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10–15+ years of experience in MEP across construction/real estate projects.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in MEP teams.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, residential or industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of MEP works for construction projects.
• Review and approve MEP drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, structural consultants and project teams.
• Review HVAC, electrical, firefighting, plumbing and ELV system designs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and safety regulations.
• Manage MEP contractors and suppliers; evaluate proposals.
• Monitor installation quality, site activities and contractor performance.
• Prepare and monitor MEP budgets and control costs.
• Conduct site inspections and quality audits.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover of MEP systems.
• Ensure completion of as-built drawings, manuals and project documentation.
• Lead, mentor and manage the MEP engineering team.
