Job summary

CQRA Private Limited is seeking a dynamic MEP Engineer with 5–8 years of experience for high-rise building projects in Mumbai. You will oversee MEP works and coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure on-time, compliant execution of HVAC, firefighting, plumbing and electrical installations.

The role requires hands-on MEP inspections, documentation, and review of drawings, reports, and method statements.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• 5–8 years of MEP experience in high-rise projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Hands-on MEP inspections and documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage MEP works for high-rise building projects.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants for smooth execution of MEP activities.
• Review, and maintain and implement MEP documentation, drawings, reports, and Method Statements.
• Ensure timely completion of HVAC, fire fighting, plumbing, and electrical installations.
• Monitor quality standards, implement ITPs, and resolve technical issues during project execution.
• Handle NCRs effectively and ensure corrective actions are documented and closed.
• Support project planning and provide technical inputs for design and execution.
