Job summary

Zuventus HealthCare Ltd. is seeking a field sales professional to acquire product knowledge through training and field exposure.

You will meet doctors and chemists daily, present product details, and conduct market surveys to ensure product availability within your territory. You will implement corporate campaigns, strive to meet and exceed monthly targets, collect payments, and share sales and stock data with stockists.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of human physiology and present company products
• Freshers welcome in pharma industry
• Experienced candidates should have worked in good company with no job changes
• Product detailing skills should be very good
• Sales performance in current company
• Conversions done in last 3 months
• Market feedback
• Connect with customers covered by candidate
• Initiatives taken to convert doctors and successes in present assignment

Responsibilities

• Attend training programs and on-the-job training to acquire product knowledge
• Meet doctors and chemists daily and make presentations detailing products
• Conduct chemist surveys to gather market information and ensure product availability
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for the territory
• Coordinate payment collection and share sales and stock data from stockists
• Drive new product adoption and expand prescriber base in the territory
• Regularly visit stockists and monitor near expiry stocks for liquidation

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Acquire the required product knowledge by attending the training programs, cycle meetings and on the job training conducted by the organisation.

• Meet the number of Doctors and Chemist per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy & Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
• Do chemist survey to get market information and ensure availability of products.
• Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
• Achieving (and exceeding) monthly sales target of your territory.
• Ensure on time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockist
• Ensure new product success in your territory
• Ensure increase in prescriber base in your territory
• Regularly visit stockiest and monitor near expiry stocks and ensure liquidation

• Should have good knowledge of human physiology and present company products
