Job summary

Macawber Beekay is seeking a cost estimation specialist to prepare detailed EPC and material handling project estimates in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. You will analyze tender documents and develop BOQ/MTO and costing sheets for mechanical equipment, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and project teams.

The role involves evaluating vendor quotes, supporting bidding, and driving cost optimization to support budgeting and cost control.

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare detailed cost estimations for EPC or material handling projects.
• Ability to analyze tender documents, technical specs, BOQs and project scope.
• Proficiency in developing BOQ/MTO and costing sheets for mechanical equipment.
• Strong coordination with engineering, procurement, and project teams for inputs.
• Capability to evaluate vendor quotations and prepare cost comparison statements.
• Support tendering, bidding, and proposal preparation processes.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and maintain estimation databases.
• Provide inputs for project budgeting, variations, and cost control.
