Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise cost estimates by analysing technical drawings and project requirements.
• Assess material, labour, overhead, and process‑related costs.
• Interpret technical drawings to identify cost‑impacting elements.
• Work closely with the design and engineering teams for drawing clarifications.
• Calculate job work timings and associated costs for all required processes.
• Ensure processes align with project specifications and budget constraints.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
• Negotiate terms to achieve cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
• Create detailed reports with cost breakdowns and insights for stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for costing data, assumptions, and justifications.
