Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets.
• Analyse drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and material cost calculations.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs against the approved budget.
• Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, project, and finance teams.
• Track project changes, variations, and claims.
• Prepare monthly MIS and management reports.
