Job summary

Alp Talent Solutions Delhi is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Estimator with expertise in MEP, HVAC and tendering. You will prepare comprehensive cost estimates, analyse drawings and BOQs, and coordinate with vendors to submit competitive bids.

The role requires rigorous cost controls and adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with rate analysis, vendor negotiations, and providing costing support throughout project execution in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labour, equipment and overheads.
• Analyse MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
• Handle complete tendering process including preparation and submission of bids.
• Prepare commercial and technical offers within project timelines.
• Coordinate with vendors/suppliers and evaluate quotations.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with vendors.
• Coordinate with GC/PMC/End Clients for project updates and clarifications.
• Maintain tender status, BOQs, estimates and cost records.
• Support bid negotiations, pricing strategies and cost optimisation.
• Provide costing support to project teams during execution.
• Ensure estimates comply with project specifications and industry standards.
