Job summary

House Of Zeal is seeking a Marketplace Manager E-Commerce to grow KasaCore's presence on Amazon, Flipkart and other platforms. You will handle day‑to‑day marketplace operations, optimize listings, monitor sales and inventory, and drive performance improvements.

You are hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn, able to own projects end-to-end and work with cross-functional teams on promotions, pricing, and launches in a fast-paced Indian market.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce marketplace management is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, catalogs, pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Monitor sales, revenue, traffic, conversions, inventory, and product performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve product rankings, visibility, and conversions.
• Track competitors, pricing, reviews, and marketplace trends.
• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, content, and product launches.
• Handle marketplace-related issues and coordinate with Amazon/Flipkart support teams as needed.
• Analyze marketplace performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Take ownership of new marketplace projects from planning to execution.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, tools, and industry trends.
