Job summary

Vedantu is seeking a driven Marketplace Growth Manager to scale our marketplace business across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Vendor Central, and reseller networks. You will own end-to-end performance, optimize profitability, and drive growth through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires 3–4+ years in marketplace growth or e-commerce, strong analytics, and hands-on ad platform experience. Fast-paced, high-growth environment with cross-team coordination.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of marketplace growth, e-commerce, or online business management experience.
• Experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Vendor Central.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong ownership mindset with execution capabilities.
• Prior D2C or e-commerce experience is preferred.
