Job summary

Magneto Cleantech is seeking a Marketing Specialist in Delhi (Okhla Phase 2) with 4+ years of experience. The role is based in-office with six days a week work mode.

Responsibilities include creating marketing collateral, managing social media, coordinating with PR, and driving LinkedIn and email marketing efforts. You will analyze marketing data and support events.

Qualifications

• Experience driving collateral creation to enable sales (catalogs, case studies, emailers, flyers).
• Overseeing company social media and posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter).
• Coordinate with PR agency for media coverage of product launches and updates.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Marketing and Email Marketing.
• Execute daily administrative tasks to keep Marketing running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates).
• Assist with organizing promotional events and initiatives.
• Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and past campaigns results.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities and trends.
• Coordinate with agencies; knowledge of ATL/BTL activities.
• Work with sales team and note customer behavior and buying cycles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the collateral creation and update effort to enable the sales team (catalogs, case studies, emailers, flyers, etc.)
• Assist in overseeing all company social media and posts (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter) management.
• Coordinate with Public Relations agency to ensure media coverage of produt launches and company updates
• Have experience with LinkedIn Marketing and Email Marketing
• Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure the Marketing department runs smoothly
• Create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates Assist with organizing promotional events
• Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities
• Coordinates with the agencies. Knowledge of ATL and BTL activities.
