Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Ghaziabad. The Marketing Specialist will support the development and execution of marketing strategies, including planning campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and monitoring performance. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer and competitor data, and preparing reports to inform decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and to support lead generation and customer retention. The Marketing Specialist will also assist with content creation, event support, and day-to-day administrative tasks related to marketing operations.

Qualifications
