Job summary

D’PARK CORPORATION is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive for its Indore team, onsite. You will generate leads, forge relationships with clients and partners, and drive sales for Fire Safety & Surveillance solutions.

The role requires 1–3 years in Sales/BD/Marketing, with a preference for expertise in fire safety or related sectors. Reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager / Managing Director.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing.
• Experience in Fire & Safety, Security, Surveillance, or related industries preferred.
• Diploma/Engineering degree or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with clients for order closure.
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
