Job summary

D’PARK CORPORATION in Indore is seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive to help drive growth in fire safety and surveillance solutions. You will generate leads, meet clients, deliver product demonstrations, and close orders while coordinating with technical and support teams.

The role is on-site in Indore with travel as needed; 1–3 years of experience, engineering/MBA preferred, strong communication and negotiation skills, MS Office knowledge, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales/BD/Marketing.
• Experience in Fire Safety, Security, Surveillance, or related industries preferred.
• Diploma/Engineering degree or MBA in Marketing preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and leads through various channels.
• Identify and approach potential clients, projects, dealers, and business partners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closure.
• Coordinate with Technical, Operations and Customer Support teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, pricing and competitor activities.
• Maintain regular sales reports, customer records and pipeline updates.
• Explore new markets and opportunities for Fire Safety and Surveillance Solutions.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented with a strong focus on business development and sales conversion.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic sales reporting.
• Candidates with B.Tech / technical sales / domestic or international sales experience will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and a passion for sales may also be considered.
