Job summary

Haul Material Handling in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for Forklift (MHE) to lead sales and marketing in the Chennai region. The role requires deep knowledge of forklifts, industrial equipment, and a proven track record in sales and customer development.

You will develop strategies, generate new business, coordinate with service teams, and ensure targets are met with attractive incentives.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: forklift industry knowledge and forklift sales experience.
• Experience in industrial sales, marketing, and business development.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to generate leads, develop new markets, and close sales.
• Knowledge of industrial customers and the material handling equipment market.
• Must be currently based in Chennai or the Chennai region.
• Willingness to travel within the territory.
• Good communication skills in Tamil and English; Hindi is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets in the Chennai region.
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with industrial customers.
• Promote and sell forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Identify potential customers in manufacturing, warehouses, logistics, auto sectors.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
• Manage inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and follow up on orders.
• Develop new accounts and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Prepare sales reports, market updates, and BD plans.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Manager – Forklift (Material Handling Equipment – MHE) to manage sales and marketing activities in the Chennai region. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of forklift machines, material handling equipment, customer development, and industrial sales.

Candidates with relevant forklift sales or service experience and a strong understanding of the MHE industry are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets in the Chennai region.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with industrial customers.
• Promote and sell forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE).
• Identify potential customers in manufacturing industries, warehouses, logistics, automobile industries, and other industrial sectors.
