Job description

Role & responsibilities

• Branding related to The Apollo Clinic identity; presentation; services offered etc.
• Csat survey should play and integral role in carrying out customer satisfaction surveys and collating related information and reports.
• Tracking marketing activities and spend compiling results.
• To act as the liaison between the ad agency and the marketing head.
• To conceive promotional products that lead to additional foot falls into the clinic (along with Marketing Manager and CMO).
• To conceive and run programs such as mystery caller/mystery shopper and generate reports on the same.
• To help tying loose ends and closing the loop on various customer feedback/complaints.

To suggest innovative measures and avenues to enhance clinics revenue and profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should be a Graduate or more
• Should be preferably in his/her mid-20s, exhibit high energy levels and ambition.
• Must be target driven, with an ability to achieve them.
• Basic common sense and ability to think on his/her feet.
• Good business sense required to understand the basics of the market with regards to needs of the customer, choices/competitors, role of price etc.
• Must have consumer insights their psyche, trends, segments etc.
• Must have the communication skills to understand the message and value proposition of The Apollo Clinic.
• Must be equally comfortable dealing with corporate as well as with individual customers. An ability to maintain poise and to nurture relationships is therefore important.
• Good leadership, inter-personal and communication skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Should be able to produce reports and documents using excel/word/PPT.
• Good presentation skills
