Job summary

Apollo Health and Lifestyle (AHLL) is seeking a field representative to drive doctor referrals and local partnerships in the Gurugram region. You will visit clinics, laboratories, and pharmacies to promote Apollo Clinic services and generate patient referrals.

You will build community health initiatives, lead generation activity, and ensure brand representation while coordinating with nursing, lab, and admin teams to deliver seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with clinics or pharma networks
• Knowledge of the local doctor network

Responsibilities

• Visit general physicians, specialists, and other healthcare providers to promote Apollo Clinics services and generate patient referrals.
• Build partnerships with local labs, diagnostics centers, pharmacies, and other healthcare entities to drive mutual patient referrals.
• Organize and execute health camps, wellness checks, and corporate or society outreach programs to raise awareness and attract new patients.
• Actively scout for and convert new opportunities to increase footfall through in-person visits, relationship building, and timely follow-ups.
• Represent Apollo Clinic professionally in all external interactions, ensuring high standards of communication and brand positioning.
• Maintain detailed daily records of visits, leads, referrals, and activity outcomes. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
