• Comfort on-site in Mumbai region and managing multiple projects.

Role Description

The Marketing Manager – Real Estate (Digital + Offline) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Vashi, Navi Mumbai Region.

5 - 10 years experience in Real Estate 360 degree marketing : Including online + Offline

Upto Rs. Upto Rs. 11 Lakh PA

Responsibilities

This position is responsible for

• planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support residential project sales, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Day-to-day activities include managing digital marketing channels, coordinating offline promotions and events, overseeing advertising and creatives, and tracking campaign performance against targets.
• The role involves close collaboration with the Sales head, Management and Marketing agencies to ensure consistent messaging, timely delivery of marketing assets, and effective positioning of Unimont Realty’s projects.
• Plan and monitor campaign budgets.
• Must have hands‑on in-depth technical knowledge of Google GDN, adwords, FB, social media campaigns and offline activities should be able to run them independently.
• The Marketing Manager is also expected to analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize budget utilization.
• Design plan and Organise Marketing activities, CP Meets, New launch Branding and promotion campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing skills, including social media management, performance campaigns, content creation, and basic analytics.
• Experience with offline marketing activities such as events, outdoor advertising, print campaigns, and local promotional initiatives.
• Proficiency in brand management, campaign planning, and coordination with creative and media partners.
• Ability to conduct market research, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and organized work style.
• Previous marketing experience in real estate or related industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
• Comfort working on‑site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
