Job summary

Swan Realty seeks a seasoned marketing leader to drive end-to-end real estate marketing initiatives from its BKC, Mumbai office. The role demands strategic planning, multi-channel campaigns, and close collaboration with sales and CRM teams to optimize funnel conversions.

You will oversee digital marketing (SEO/SEM, social, programmatic), brand consistency, and on-ground activations while ensuring RERA compliance and data-driven MIS reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Full-time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Launches: Plan and execute comprehensive project-specific marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and end-to-end project launches (pre-launch, soft launch, grand launch).
• Lead Generation & CRM Alignment: Drive qualified leads across digital and offline channels; closely coordinate with sales and CRM teams to monitor CPL, CPA, lead quality, and funnel conversions.
• Digital & Performance Marketing: Oversee digital strategy (SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic ads, and performance budgets) to optimize campaign ROI and online reputation.
• Brand & Communication: Ensure consistent brand identity, overseeing collateral development (brochures, walkthroughs, hoardings, digital creatives) in partnership with creative agencies.
• On-Ground Activations & Site Branding: Manage site branding, experience centers, sample flats, broker meets, exhibitions, and customer engagement events.
• Compliance & MIS: Ensure all marketing communications strictly comply with RERA norms and company policies; present campaign performance dashboards and MIS to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

• Education: Full-time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Management.
• Experience: 7 - 11 years of core marketing experience specifically within the Real Estate sector.
• Technical/Tool Proficiency:
  -Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot). High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

• Core Competencies: Real estate marketing lifecycle expertise, campaign planning, performance marketing, agency/vendor management, and stakeholder coordination.
