Talentoj in India is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead and scale our B2B SaaS marketing efforts. You will drive brand awareness, demand generation, and pipeline growth while mentoring a high-performing cross-functional team across content, product marketing, design, and performance marketing.

The role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup, with collaboration across Product, Sales, and Founders on GTM strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
• 1–2+ years of team management.
• Proven skills in content, product marketing, branding and demand generation.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with 1–2+ years of team management.
• Strong experience across content, product marketing, branding, and demand generation.
• Excellent leadership, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work strategically and execute in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS, SEO, and campaign analytics.
